registration for ‘camp’ camp 2026 is now open!

Our amazingly fabulous 28th season is happening this August 20-27, and registration is officially open! Whoo-hoo!

Those of you who have previously attended Camp will notice upon checking your calendar that these 2026 dates again run Thursday to Thursday instead of our longtime Sunday to Sunday schedule. That is not a mistake! Our host camp has had a private event booked for the weekend we would normally start Camp, so we’ll be running Thursday to Thursday again this summer. (This will also be the case every fifth year — those ending in 0 or 5 — when our host camp’s reunions coincide with when we would typically start Camp.)

Don’t worry, though, everything else about Camp will be the same: an amazing array of daily activities; our usual schedule of both traditional and new evening social events; and, of course, the amazingly fun & welcoming community of queer folks who are all there to share in the frolics! …And, yes, we should hopefully be back to our Sunday to Sunday schedule again in 2027.

how to register

If you register during the month of May, you’ll be eligible for an special payment plan*:

  • Complete our easy online registration form and answer “yes” to the payment plan option near the end of the form.
  • Submit the required $700 deposit on the payment screen that follows your registration form.
  • We’ll then automatically charge the credit/debit card used for your deposit two (2) additional monthly payments of $650 each on July 1 and August 1.
  • You’re all set for Camp!

*All payment plans incur a $25 Payment Plan Administrative Fee.

If you don’t wish to take advantage of this payment plan, you can still reserve your spot for our 2026 season by submitting your registration form and a $700 deposit, then paying the balance of your fees in full by July 15 — or you can simply make a $1975 payment-in-full, and then not have to worry about any future balance due. If you aren’t participating in a payment plan, you can make your payments either via Venmo or via the payment screen that will follow submission of your registration form.

Interested in saving on your registration fees by joining our Staff? We’re still accepting Staff Applications for select remaining positions, too!

If you haven’t been to Camp since our move to central Maine, feel free to take a peek at this video from 2024. It’s an excellent preview of all that our central Maine location has to offer.

cabin options

Standard accommodations in communal cabins that sleep between 12-18 people are included with your registration fees. While we do offer a limited number of private and semi-private cabin options for an additional charge on a first-come/first-served basis, those options are currently all sold out. (You can still note a preference for one of these options on your registration form, and you’ll be added to an existing wait list. We’ll notify you if one of these options becomes available.)

Private cabin surcharges range from $400-$1000, based on the category of cabin:

  • Private: Standalone Cabin with Full Bed & Private Bath – $1000 fee
  • Semi-Private: Room in a Shared Building with Full Bed & Private Bath – $600 fee
  • Semi-Private: Room in a Shared Building with Single Bed & Private Bath – $600 fee
  • Semi-Private: Room in a Shared Building with with Full Bed & Shared Bath – $400 fee
  • Semi-Private: Room in a Shared Building with Single Bed & Shared Bath – $400 fee

Private options with full-size beds are the same price for single or double occupancy.

If you are only interested in attending Camp should private/semi-private accommodations be available, please e-mail us to confirm availability of your selection prior to registering or making any payments/deposits.

We now also offer four types of standard cabin options: Women, Men, Non-Binary, or All Genders, which offers an opportunity to bunk in a cabin with a mix of gender identities. As in the past, the registration form allows you to select multiple options. We’ll then assign you to whichever type of cabin offers the most space while also accounting for your responses on the registration form’s cabin questionnaire.

If you have any questions regarding the new cabin options, feel free to e-mail us prior to registering.

Whether you’re a new or returning Camper, please be sure to review your confirmation e-mail thoroughly. It will include updated information on recommended arrival times and other important details related to our new central Maine location.

We’re excited that ‘Camp’ Camp 2026 is only about 100 days! We looking forward to seeing you in August, whether you’re a returning Camper or you’ll be joining us for the very first time.
