Easy Payment Plans
We are happy to work with you to work out an affordable monthly payment plan for your Camp fees. The sooner you register, the lower your monthly payments will be! Payments can be made by check/money order or billed against a credit or debit card in US funds. All payments must be completed by July 15. Cancellation Policy
After making a reservation, the following cancellation penalties apply:

May 1-June 15: |
50% of applicable Registration Fee (minimum of $250 deposit) |
June 16-July 31 : |
75% of applicable Registration Fee (minimum of $250 deposit) |
After August 1: |
100% of Registration Fee (no refund) |
Transportation to Camp
We happily provide complimentary round-trip transportation from Portland (Maine) International Airport, as well as from Portland bus and train stations. Parking is also available if you wish to drive to Camp. However, parking space is limited, so we do recommend carpooling whenever possible. Our Transportation Manager is happy to assist you in arranging carpools with other Campers from the New York City or Boston areas.

Campership Fund
The ‘Camp’ Camp Campership Fund allows those with a financial need to attend Camp by assisting them with payment of their fees. You may include a donation to the Campership Fund with your registration. Any amount you can assist with is greatly appreciated. (Donations to the Campership Fund are NOT tax-deductible.)
