Registration Fees for a week at ‘Camp’ Camp are $1150

All fees include a 7% Maine Use & Lodging tax.

Your Camp Fees cover all of your activities, meals and accommodations– everything you will need for a great Camp experience! However, we do have a Camp Store and offer such services as private massage which involve additional fees. In addition, some off-site sightseeing trips (if/when offered) may involve additional fees. We do offer the opportunity to charge all of these items to your credit card through our Cashless ‘Camp’ Camp program, so it is not necessary to bring large amounts of cash with you to Camp. Details on how to sign-up for Cashless ‘Camp’ Camp will be provided a month or so before Camp begins.

If you have questions or want to talk more about whether this is the right vacation choice for you, please call us or email us. We'll also be glad to give you the names of previous Campers who have volunteered to serve as references. Feel free to ask them all your questions.

We require a minimum deposit of $300 to reserve a space for you at Camp – or you can submit a full payment of your registration fee. You will receive a confirmation email with further details. All balances must be paid in full by July 15.

Easy Payment Plans

We now offer affordable monthly payment plans to make it easy to pay your Registration Fees. The sooner you register, the lower your monthly payments will be! Simply answer “Yes” to the Installment Payment Plan option question on the Online Registration Form, submit your $300 deposit Camp friends to hold your space at Camp – and we’ll automatically charge the balance due in equal monthly installments between receiving your registration and July 15. (A $25 Payment Plan Administrative Fee will apply.) For questions or more details on setting up a payment plan, please call 347-453-5257 or email us.

If you have already registered for Camp and paid your initial $300 deposit, click here to submit further installment payments using your credit or debit card.

Cancellation Policy

After making a reservation, the following cancellation penalties apply:

Before May 1:	$150 Administrative Fee
May 1-June 15:	50% of applicable Registration Fee (minimum of $300 deposit)
June 16-July 31 :	75% of applicable Registration Fee (minimum of $300 deposit)
After August 1:	100% of Registration Fee (no refund)

Transportation to Camp

We happily provide complimentary round-trip transportation from Portland (Maine) International Airport, as well as from Portland bus and train stations. Parking is also available if you wish to drive to Camp. However, parking space is limited, so we do recommend carpooling whenever possible. Our Transportation Manager is happy to assist you in arranging carpools with other Campers from the New York City or Boston areas.

E-mail our Transportation Manager at transportation@campcamp.com for further assistance and suggestions regarding transportation to Maine, including which airlines may offer the best fares into Portland, Maine.

Campership Fund

The ‘Camp’ Camp Campership Fund allows those with a financial need to attend Camp by assisting them with payment of their fees. You may include a donation to the Campership Fund with your registration. (Donations to the Campership Fund are NOT tax-deductible.)

For details on applying for a Campership for ‘Camp’ Camp 2012, please email us. Please note, however, that Camperships covering 100% of your Registration Fees are not available. Camperships are awarded based on need and all recipients are required to contribute towards their Registration Fees and/or be a part of our staff.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING AGREEMENT VERY CAREFULLY. CLICKING THE ‘I AGREE’ BUTTON BELOW INDICATES THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND THAT YOU UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT IT.
 
In consideration of the services of ‘Camp’ Camp II, LLC and each of its respective members, officers, directors, agents, employees, affiliates, representatives, independent contractors, volunteers (including consulting physicians), successors and assigns (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Camp”), by clicking the ‘I Agree’ button below this Agreement, I acknowledge, represent and agree as follows:

I represent that I have no mental or physical problems or limitations that might affect my ability to participate in activities at ‘Camp’ Camp (the “Activities”) which have not previously been disclosed to Camp in writing.  I have had and will have the opportunity to ask questions about the Activities and the risks associated with them and I am aware that I can decline to participate in any Activity in my sole judgment.

I understand that Camp Activities may be scheduled or unscheduled, supervised or unsupervised and modified or canceled for any number of reasons, including convenience, weather, emergencies or unexpected conditions, all at the sole discretion of Camp.

I acknowledge that participating in Camp Activities may involve safety risks and that access to medical facilities, communication systems, transportation and/or means of evacuation may be subject to delay.  I understand that Camp cannot assure my safety or eliminate all risks associated with my participation in Camp Activities.

I agree to assume all such risks and release Camp from any loss, liability, claim, or expense in any way associated with my participation in any Camp Activity, including (to the fullest extent permitted by law) any loss caused or alleged to have been caused, in whole or in part, by the negligence of Camp (but excluding gross negligence or willful or wanton conduct by Camp) and also including (by way of example and not of limitation) claims for personal injury, property damage, wrongful death, and breach of contract.

I agree to defend and indemnify Camp (to pay or reimburse Camp for money it is required to pay, including attorney’s fees and costs) with respect to any and all claims brought by or on behalf of a family member, a co-participant, or any other person for any claims related to my participation in any Camp Activity.
	
I accept that the substantive law of Maine shall govern the validity of this document and any dispute I have with Camp regardless of any “conflicts of law” rules.  Any claim for damages arising from my participation in any Activity conducted or sponsored by Camp, or any controversy involving this agreement, shall be resolved solely by binding arbitration pursuant to the then applicable rules of the American Arbitration Association.  I agree to pay all attorney’s fees and costs incurred by Camp in defending against any claim or proceeding brought by me if the claim or proceeding is later withdrawn or if Camp prevails.  This document is intended to be interpreted and enforced to the fullest extent allowed by law.  Any portion of this document deemed unlawful or unenforceable is severable and shall be stricken without any effect on the enforceability of the remaining provisions.

I understand that Camp does not tolerate discrimination on the basis of race, color, religious creed, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or age. Camp, in its sole discretion, may decide to refuse admission to an individual for any other reason, such as inappropriate, disruptive, or offensive behavior or the failure to act in accordance with Camp principals and values.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ, UNDERSTAND, AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO THIS DOCUMENT.  I UNDERSTAND THAT I AM SURRENDERING CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS.  I AGREE THAT THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE BINDING ON ME, MY MINOR CHILDREN AND OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS, AND MY HEIRS, EXECUTORS, REPRESENTATIVES, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS.
